Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please allow 3-5 business days for the tracking information to be updated in the system. Due to the high volume of outbound shipments, there may occasionally be slight delays in tracking updates. However, rest assured that once your tracking number is issued, your package has already been handed over to the shipping carrier and is on its way to you.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for store credit or exchange it for another item. All returned products are carefully inspected, and defective or incorrect items will not be shipped. Please note that disputes can only be initiated within 5 days of receiving your order. If the item doesn’t fit, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot process size exchanges beyond this timeframe. We provide accurate sizing information (with a margin of 1-3 cm) for all our products. If your item does not fit, we offer exchanges for the correct size. However, if you prefer to exchange it for a different product or request store credit, return shipping costs will be at your expense.
